       This question is very important. Not only should questions of quality, reliability, and service be asked, but we should also ask who is behind this and what their motives are.

       Nineteen05 was founded out of a realization of the intersection of Gods unique gifting in the life of Paul Prins, our owner. He started coding for the web back in the 90s, creating online communities from scratch before most people even knew what they were. Then, in 2002 he was saved by the Lord in the midst of suicide and his life took a turn for the good.

       Paul left the web for several years while he dove into non-profit and ministry work. He eventually came back to his software engineering trade out of necessity for a summer internship, where he was offered a job at the end of his contract that he turned down to pursue seminary studies.

       It was during the months that followed that this intersection rose to the surface. Paul, a student of multi-media design and non-profit business practices, also has tenure in dynamic web application development. The fit was natural and nineteen05 was born, developed, and unleashed upon the world.

       Churches and non-profits need powerful tools to compete in an industry that thrives on information. This information needs to be available anywhere, stored securely, with the ability to be used in new and dynamic ways. It’s what our customers, supporters, and volunteers have come to expect.

       Paul and his wife are currently planning on church planting themselves (as well as possibly starting a non-profit or two along the way) within the next five years. The profits from nineteen05 will help to fund that endeavor, and will be used to bless the communities where they live. With the nature of doing business on the web, they will continue to run and grow nineteen 05 during this time as well.
